Walk/Run for Fitness Kit
This kit is a personal guidewire system that can be set up easily in your backyard or park, and inside a gym or basement. The 20-meter (21.87 yard) rope provides safe guidance for beginning walkers and runners. If walking or running with a human guide, you can use the kit’s adjustable tether, which is long enough to accommodate wheelchair users. The guidebook explains the five major components of fitness: cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body mass index.
