Customer Responsibilities

Inspect loan equipment upon arrival. Immediately inform us of any damage to loan equipment.

Retain all shipping materials for return shipment. Unless otherwise instructed, equipment should be returned in the same boxes it was received in.

Review accessory list upon receipt of equipment and ensure that all listed accessories have been received.

Customer will be charged the retail value of any accessories not returned following the loan.

Return equipment on or prior to the Loan End Date. Late fees will apply.
