The Vibrating Pad interior assembly is covered in 7-mil clear vinyl with all seams sealed. The 12” x 12” x 2” pillow is covered with a florescent pink waterproof and washable vinyl-backed material that has sewn internal seams. One end of the pad cover is held closed by a 10” x ½” strips of hook and loop fasteners. This is to allow removal of the external cover for cleaning.

The power cord lead has a nylon re-enforced piece of tape over the point that it exits the vibration assembly to help prevent the cord from pulling loose from the internal vibration modules. The power lead extends 10” to a molded DC inline 5.5-mm x 2.1-mm jack that accepts the plug from the APH PT # 45-085-003 Power Supply. It is a plug-in class 2 transformer with an output of 6 Vdc (200 ma). The Power Supply is enclosed its own box.
